Full roster players are welcome at all practices and games. They are also welcome at all social events and team meetings. If they are not able to play in a given game, they are still encouraged to attend and help out on the bench, with the clock and score sheet, or cheering in the stands. For league teams, all full roster players will be listed on the WCHL league roster. Each team will have a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 skaters not including the goalie. Each full roster player must take on one or more Team Job.
